Fire doors are one of the measures for fire separation of buildings. When a fire starts, it is most important to evacuate the people safely from the building. After evacuation, the doors must serve as a fire and smoke barrier. It is a well-known fact, that in a fire more people are killed by either smoke asphyxiation or by panic, than by the fire.

ZOWOR Steel Doors combine Fire Resistance with door functionality without compromising any aspect of both the requirements.Our fire rated doors are tested and listed in strict compliance with provisions of NFPA80, NFPA252, ASTM E2074, UBC 7-2-1997 and UL 10B&10C.

Certificate:

Our steel fire doors past through fire test under regulations like NFPA252, CAN/ULC S104, UL10(b) and UL10(c) within 180mins. Therefore we got the UL certificates for our steel doors.

Fire Rating:

Fire ratings for our steel fire doors range from 20mins, 45mins, 60mins, 90mins, via 120mins and 150mins to 180mins. These fire ratings are suitable for both single doors and double doors.

Materials:

--18-16- or14-gauge face sheets of commercial grade cold rolled steel.

--18-16- or 14-gauge face sheets of commercial grade galvanized steel.

Infilling:

Standard infilling materials by us are fireproof perlite board with different densities in harmony with various fire ratings.

We have also mineral core, honeycomb paper and polyethylene foam for your options.

Accessories(optional):

Package:

1. Individually packed will be used for each door.

2. There will be one layer perlite cotton between the door and the frame.

3. Two layers strong carton covered the door.

4. Foam plates is used between the perlite cotton and the carton.
