Product Specifications
Our wooden fire doors feature solid wood skeletons with high-quality fireproof mineral cores (fireproof perlite board) or solid high-density chipboards. Certified to British Standard BS476-part22:1987, these doors offer fire resistance ratings of 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 90 minutes.
Applications
Ideal for protecting openings in exits including stairways, corridors, elevators, machine room tube wells, and electrical wells. Also used in fire barrier openings to protect buildings and occupants from specific fire areas. Suitable for oil depots, theaters, dance halls, and residential buildings.

Customization Options
Standard architraves and frames are made of solid wood, with sizes available from Zowor series (architraves: 60/70/80mm wide, 25/35mm thick; frame depth 150/160/180/200mm) or customized to your specifications.
We provide standard hardware and accessories including door hinges, locks, closers, door stoppers, eye viewers, and bottom seals. Alternatively, you can supply your own hardware - we will require samples to pre-cut holes in the doors.
Packaging Solutions
Multiple packaging methods available: standard package with PEP paper, foam plate, and strong cartons; wooden pallet packaging; or wooden box packaging. Package dimensions typically add 50mm to door leaf width and height, and 15-20mm to thickness. Standard packaging adds approximately 2kg weight, while each wooden pallet weighs 5kg and can hold up to 10 standard doors with frames.
