BS Standard Fire Resistant Wooden Doors
These wooden fire doors feature door frames, leaf skeletons, and panels constructed from wood or wood products, meeting the stringent requirements of GB50045-95 High-rise Civil Building Design Fire Standard. As essential fire separation components in buildings, they are strategically installed in firewalls, stairwell entrances, and pipe openings to significantly reduce fire damage.
Advanced Construction & Materials
The door leaf incorporates fire-retardant Chinese fir skeleton with environmentally friendly perlite fire board infill, topped with a decorative fire panel layer. This engineered structure enables the door to withstand extreme temperatures up to 1000°C. The melamine veneer decorative surface provides exceptional compressive strength and scratch resistance, making it suitable for demanding construction environments.
Door frames utilize a composite structure combining fire-retardant Chinese fir with fire board, featuring an additional 8mm thick fire board layer on the wood face for enhanced protection. All contact points between door frame and leaf include fireproof and smoke-resistant expansion sealing strips that activate during emergencies to prevent dangerous smoke penetration.

Fire Door Opening Direction
