Hotel Wooden Fire Door Specifications
Zowor wooden fire doors are tested to BS476-22:1987 and certified for acoustic performance per ISO 10140-2-2010 standards.
- Door Thickness: 2" (50mm)
- Max Size: 4'0" x 8'0" for single leaf doors; 8'0" x 8'0" for double leaf doors
- Fire Ratings: 20, 30, 60, or 90 minutes (BS476/EN1634:1 compliant)
- Infilling Material: 38mm Particle Board or Fireproof Perlite Board with 3mm acoustic blanket
- Face Material: MDF or plywood with HPL, Laminate, PVC, or wood veneer with PU painting (3mm thickness)
- Stile and Rail: Mineral bonded with hardwood lipping
- Intumescent Strip: Fireproof strips around door edges
- Pre-cut Openings: Ready for hinges, locks, automatic bottom seals, and security hardware
Frame Options
Timber Frames: Made from premium solid woods (Oak, Beech, Cherry, Mahogany, Pinewood) treated with fire retardant liquid. Custom depths from 150mm to 300mm.
Metal Frames: 1.2mm galvanized steel with powder coating, wood grain transfer, or RAL color options.
