BS476 Tested Fire Rated Wooden Doors
Our fire rated wooden doors are tested to BS476:part22 standard with fire ratings of 30, 60, and 90 minutes. These 50mm thick doors feature HPL finish and are designed for hotel applications with various color options.
Technical Specifications
Construction
Door frame uses fire retardant Chinese fir with 8mm fire board facing. Door leaf contains fire-retardant skeleton with environment-friendly pertile fire board filling.
Performance
Withstands temperatures up to 1000°C. Features fireproof and smoke resistant expansion sealing strips that activate during fire conditions.
Surface Finish
Melamine veneer decorative surface provides high compressive strength and scratch resistance, suitable for demanding construction environments.

Fire doors are typically installed as normally closed external doors opening in the direction of evacuation. To determine opening direction: stand facing the door with hinges visible - if hinges are on your right, the door opens outward right.
