FD30 Fire Door with Walnut Wood Grain Finish
This 40mm half-hour fire door features a left-handed swing design with an elegant walnut wood grain finish. Certified to BS476-22:1987 standards, it provides exceptional fire protection with superior thermal insulation performance.

All Zhongwo FD30 steel fire doors are Class A certified according to BS476-22:1987. We provide comprehensive testing reports and certificates to verify fire integrity and insulation performance.
Frame Construction
Galvanized steel sheet thickness options: 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, or 2.0mm. Frame depth: minimum 90mm with fireproof perlite board infill. Available in various finishes tailored to your requirements.
Door Leaf Construction
38mm thick fireproof perlite board with density of 300±30 kg/m³. Both sides covered with 0.8mm thick galvanized steel sheet. Finish options include powder coating, heat transfer printing, or ready for painting.
