Our Galvanized Steel FD30 Fire Door is a certified class A fire door tested according to BS476-22:1987 standards. Designed for commercial buildings, this double-swing fire-rated metal door provides 30 minutes of fire integrity and insulation protection.
The door leaf features a 38mm thick fireproof perlite board core with density of 300±30 kg/m³, enclosed by 0.8mm thick galvanized steel sheets on both sides. Available finishes include powder coating, heat transfer printing, or custom painting options.
Constructed from galvanized steel sheets ranging from 1.2mm to 2.0mm thickness, with fireproof perlite board infill and minimum 90mm frame depth. Custom finishes available with application-specific recommendations.
