Fire doors are essential fireproof separation components used in firewalls, stairwell entrances, and pipe openings to minimize fire damage. According to high-rise civil building design standards:

• Grade A: ≥1.5 hours fire resistance
• Grade B: ≥1.0 hours fire resistance
• Grade C: ≥0.5 hours fire resistance

• 3mm thick galvanized steel plate on hinge, closer, and lock sides
• Double U-type 43mm × 25mm skeleton with 1.2mm galvanized steel
• 25mm × 2mm gap covering stripe using 0.8mm galvanized steel
• Glazing bead constructed from 0.8mm galvanized steel
• Steel covers on lock sides for decoration (0.8mm galvanized steel)
• Continuously welded edges for enhanced durability

• Fire Resistance: Grade A (1.5h), Grade B (1.0h), Grade C (0.5h)
• Sound Insulation: Grade C products achieve RW ≥ 23dB
• Heat Insulation and Shockproof capabilities
• Decorative HPL finish with wood texture and embossed surface

UL listed door holders, hinges, and locksets are standard options. Additional hardware includes aligners, stoppers, magnetic door holders. Custom hardware specifications available upon request.
