Product Overview
Zowor offers single or double swing opening fire-rated interior wooden doors with 30/60/90 minute fire ratings. Manufactured from mineral core (fireproof perlite board) or particle board core materials, these doors meet all requirements of British standard BS476-part 22:1987 for room and corridor partition openings.

Frame Options
Standard frames are solid wood with bonded fireproof board. Alternative metal frames are made from 1.2mm thick galvanized steel. Frame types include single rabbet and double rabbet designs, customizable from 150mm to 300mm thickness to match wall requirements. Fireproof wooden architraves available in sizes 60x25mm, 70x25mm, 80x25mm with customization options.
Finish Options
Available in various colors with Oak Veneer finish. Options include natural veneer with PU painting, artificial veneer with PU painting, laminate, HPL, and PVC finishes.
Ironmongery Specifications
All hardware items used on fire doors are fireproof components, including hinges, locks, flush bolts and closers. Additional options include safety chains, bottom seals, kick plates, and pull & push plates with handles.
