Zhongwo Steel Aucostic Fire door is widely used in all kinds of public fire-proof areas with high soundproof request because of its solid structure and simple shape. Inlaid with fire-proof expansion sealing pieces and 3 mm thick soundproof blankets on both sides of door panel, the door frame is made of high quality galvanized steel strip, which is one-time rolled and formed through the special production line, without impact sound when closing.
Beams are connected with mullions by 90° angle welding, and the large size door frame can be assembled with bolts. The door leaf adopts the process that high-quality cold-rolled galvanized steel sheet is bent by the bending machine precisely, and its interior is filled with green and perlite board which has characters of fireproof, heat & sound insulation and its surface adopts technology without welding spots, so that to get smooth appearance.
