Door Construction Details
Door Slab
Constructed with zinc-coated galvanized steel sheets on both sides, sandwiching lightweight fire-resistant honeycomb paper. U-type steel stiffeners welded to inner surfaces prevent door twisting. Outer edges feature grooves for fireproof intumescent seals that expand when heated to seal gaps against flames and smoke.
Door Frame
Available as welded or knock-down frames with single or double rabbet structures. Bent from 1.2mm thick galvanized steel (304 stainless steel optional). Standard frame depth of 120mm with 98mm throat opening, with custom depths available. Fireproof intumescent seals located on inner frame surfaces.
