Product Overview
Zowor single leaf red powder coated steel fire exit doors with glass provide reliable fire protection with UL certification. These 45mm thick doors offer fire ratings up to 2 hours and feature galvanized steel construction with optional vision panels.
Certifications & Fire Ratings
UL listed steel fire exit doors tested to NFPA252, CAN/ULC S104, UL10(c) and UL10(b) standards. Certified for 30-minute, 60-minute, 90-minute, and 120-minute fire ratings.
Construction Details
45mm thick door slab constructed with 1.0mm galvanized steel sheets on both sides and 43mm thick kraftpaper fire door core. All adhesives used are fireproof for maximum safety.

Single doors: Popular size 915mm × 2134mm (3' × 7'), maximum size 1200mm × 2403mm (4' × 8')
Double doors: Popular size 1828mm × 2134mm (6' × 7'), maximum size 2403mm × 2403mm (8' × 8')

- 3mm thick steel reinforcement at hinges, locks, and closer sides
- 35mm × 2mm astragal made from 1.0mm galvanized steel for double doors
- 20mm × 2mm fireproof intumescent seal in door edge grooves
- Double U-type steel stiffener (43mm × 25mm) made of 1.5mm galvanized steel
- Smooth surface without welded points for clean appearance

Each fire door and frame is individually packaged with comprehensive protection:
- Perlite cotton layer surrounding door and frame
- Foam plates on all four edges and corners
- Two foam sheets between perlite cotton and foam plates
- Double-layer strong carton on each door side
- Optional wooden or steel pallets available (additional cost)
