Certifications & Fire Ratings
All Zowor fire exit steel doors are certified to NFPA252, CAN/ULC S104, UL10(c), and UL10(b) standards, achieving fire ratings of up to 120 minutes.
Applications
Suitable for factories, warehouses, utilities, commercial offices, schools, universities, hospitals, retail stores, hotels, car parks, recording studios, and theaters.
Door Construction
Door Slab
43mm thick honeycomb kraftpaper treated with fireproof liquid, 1.0mm gauge steel with powder coating or wood grain transfer finishing on both sides.
Reinforcement steel (3.0mm thick) welded at hinges, locks, and closer sides.
Frame
Constructed from 1.2mm galvanized steel with powder coating finish. Available in welded or knock-down frames with single or double rabbet options. Standard frame depth: 120mm.
Customization Options
Extensive customization available including push bars, pads, vision panels, door closers, and color options. Integral bonded honeycomb core provides rigidity and prevents twisting. Optional rock wool insulation available.
Standard Dimensions
Single doors: 700mm to 1219mm width, 700mm to 2403mm height
Double doors: 1300mm to 2403mm width, 750mm to 2403mm height
Frame dimensions are 95mm wider and 99mm higher than door leaf sizes.
Finishing Options
Powder coating: Any RAL system color
Wood grain transfer: Oakwood, walnut, beach, cherry, teak, and custom options

Standard UL listed door holders, hinges, and locksets. Additional options include aligners, stoppers, and magnetic door holders. Custom hardware to other standards available upon request.
For custom punching holes, please provide samples of your ironmongery for precise manufacturing.
