ZHongwo single leaf fireproof entry doors provide 60/90 minute fire protection with integrated anti-theft functionality. These residential steel doors feature customizable dimensions and optional advanced security systems.
Construction & Materials
Door Structure
Door leaf constructed with 33/38mm thick fireproof perlite board for superior thermal insulation and fire resistance.
Material Specifications
• Door frame: Cold rolled galvanized steel plate ≥1.2mm thickness
• Door leaf: Cold rolled galvanized steel plate ≥0.8mm thickness
• Hardware backplate: Ordinary steel plate ≥3.0mm thickness
Security & Hardware
Premium fire-rated hardware including high-grade fire locks, door closers, fire prevention hinges, sequencers, and latches. All components are certified by national inspection authorities and comply with GB12955-2008 standards.
Optional advanced security systems available:
• Fingerprint identification system
• Digital code access system

All ZHongwo fire doors are Class A fully insulated door sets, meeting both fire insulation and fire integrity requirements.
