Frame Construction
Enhanced M2 door case design with improved processing including grinding, polishing, and mirror surface finishing. Utilizes PVC coating with PUR glue application, hot pressing technology for secure bonding, and features clear surface texture with realistic wood grain simulation. Provides waterproof, acid and alkali resistance, natural fire resistance, and fade-resistant properties.
Fire Certification
Zowor wooden fire rated doors are certified to British Standard BS476:Part 22 with fire resistance ratings of 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 90 minutes.
Manufacturing Specifications
Constructed using various solid wood species including oak, walnut, mahogany, beach, and cherry, all treated with fire retardant compounds. Core materials include particle board and fireproof perlite board for optimal fire resistance.

Finish Options
HPL Finish (Recommended)
High Pressure Laminates provide superior UV resistance, high strength, fireproof performance, impact resistance, and protection against water and humidity. Available in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 3mm with customizable colors and surface textures.
Baking Paint Finish
Two baking paint processes available: Baking Paint with Veneer and Baking Paint with Mixed Oil. Both options deliver enhanced decorative appeal and premium appearance.
Frame Options
Solid Wooden Frames
Constructed from 38mm thick Chinese fir wood with 4mm thick fireproof board on inner frame surfaces. Available finishes include polished, baking painted, HPL, Melamine, or Laminate. Standard size is 45mm thick by 94mm wide. Custom dimensions and T-type configurations available.
Metal Frames
Manufactured from 1.2mm thick galvanized steel with popular frame depths of 94mm, 110mm, 120mm, 150mm, and 200mm. Custom sizes available. Standard surface finish is powder coated using RAL color system. Stainless steel frames also offered.
