Zhongwo steel Fire door is widely used in all kinds of public Fire -proof areas because of its solid structure and simple shape. Inlaid with fire -proof expansion sealing pieces, the door frame is made of high quality galvanized steel strip, which is one-time rolled and formed through the special production line, without impact sound when closing. Beams are connected with mullions by 90° angle welding, and the large size door frame can be assembled with bolts. The door leaf adopts the process that high-quality cold-rolled galvanized steel sheet is bent by the bending machine precisely, and its interior is filled with green and perlite board which has characters of fireproof, heat & sound insulation and its surface adopts technology without welding spots, so that to get smooth appearance.
Technical Specification
Zhongwo steel fire doors are all tested in accordance with American or British Standard such as UL10(b) and UL10(c) and BS476:22 & EN1634:1. We can provide you with UL/WHI certificate or BS and EN certificates for various sizes and fire ratings.

Infilling
Standard infilling materials by us are fireproof perlite board with different densities in harmony with various fire ratings.
