With two facilities of more than 32.12 acres she produce all kinds of fire doors such as steel fire doors, wood fire doors and wood fire doors with steel frames.
Workshop for steel fire doors covers more than 22 acres in which there are two modern production lines. With them we can provide for you up to 1200 doors each day.
Regulations & Fire Levels
Zhongwo steel fire resistant doors are under test according to NFPA252, CAN / ULC S104, UL10 (b) and UL10 (c). And our fire doors hold themselves against fire in different levels such as 20mins, half hour, 45mins, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours and 3 hours.

- 3mm thick galvanized steel plate on sides of hinges, closer and
locks.
- Double U-type 43mm X 25mm skeleton made of 1.2mm galvanized steel.
- 25mm X 2mm gap covering stripe made of 0.8mm galvanized steel.
Glazing bead made of 0.8mm galvanized steel
- Steel covers on the lock sides made of 0.8mm galvanized steel for decoration
- Continuously welded edges
Hardware
UL listed door holders, hinges, locksets are standard choice for you. More options are aligners, stoppers, magnetic door holders etc.. We can also supply hardware to other standards upon request.
Remarks: If you don’t need hardware but only punching holes, please send us some samples of your ironmongery so that we can make it precise in door manufacturing.

Attention: In circumstances where fire doors with fire rating longer than 2 hours, we do not suggest doors with glass inserts.
Overseas Package
Our steel fire doors are packed specially for overseas transportation.
By default the package will be as following:
- PE paper around doors→2. foam plates around 4 edges and corners→3. foam sheets on perlite cotton between foam plates→4. strong carton
