Zowor steel fire exit doors are UL certified and tested to UL10(c), UL10(b), NFPA252 and CAN/ULC S104 standards. These doors withstand fire for 123 minutes, achieving a 2-hour fire rating that exceeds industry requirements.

Our steel fire exit doors are suitable for various applications with specific fire rating recommendations:

• Houses, apartments, hotel rooms: 30-minute steel fire doors
• Factories: 45-minute or 60-minute UL steel fire doors
• Hospitals: 90-minute steel fire doors
• Industrial facilities: 90-minute or 120-minute steel fire doors
• High-risk areas (oil plants, storage rooms): 180-minute fire doors

• Fully pre-assembled units ready for wall installation with certified self-tapping screws or welding
• High refractory and heat-insulating fillers ensure life safety
• Thickened reinforcement and solid construction for stable bearing and impact resistance
• Seamless surface design for easy disinfection and cleaning

Vision panels with fireproof glass rated for at least 3 hours are available:

Standard hardware includes door closers, hinges, panic push bars, and fire bolts tested to American standards. Custom hardware options available upon request, or we can accommodate customer-supplied hardware with provided samples for precise fitting.

Each fire door and frame is individually packaged with multiple protective layers:

• Perlite cotton wrapping around door and frame
• Foam plates on all four edges and corners
• Two foam sheets between perlite cotton and foam plates
• Double-layer strong carton on each side
• Optional wooden or steel pallets available (additional cost)
