Wooden FD90 fire doors provide 90-minute fire resistance with integrated soundproofing capabilities. These doors feature UL certification and can be customized to meet specific project requirements.
Certifications & Standards
Certified to UL10(b), UL10(c), NFPA252, CAN/ULC S104 standards. Also available with BS476:22 certification for steel fire doors and EN1634:1 for European markets.
Door Construction
Door Slab Structure
43mm thick honeycomb kraft paper treated with fireproof liquid, sandwiched between 1.0mm gauge steel plates with powder coating or wood grain transfer finishing.
Reinforcement steel (3.0mm thickness) welded at hinge, lock, and closer locations for enhanced durability.

• Sheet Thickness: 0.8mm (22 gauge), 1.0mm (20 gauge)
