Structure:
The door has a thickness of 43 mm and filled with refractory perlite plates with a density of 300 ± 30 kg / m3. The leaf panel is coated on both sides with 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet. The panel finish can be powder coated, hot stamped, ready to paint and more upon request. Furthermore, all of our doors can be customized according to your size, color, application and your needs. For Fd30 fire door frames, galvanized steel sheets vary in thickness from 1.2mm to 1.5mm to 1.8mm and even 2.0mm.
