Large openings need a large door, but since fire doors are operated by manual, one
piece is too heavy. It's better to make it as two-leaf door.
 
Product Introduction
 
Zowor steel fire exit door and frame are both labled with UL mark. Door slab is 45mm thick consisting of 1.0mm gal. steel sheet on both sides and 43mm thick kraftpaper as fire door core. Besides, glues brushed to paste kraftpaper and face steel are also fireproof. By the way, face sheet can also be 1.0mm stainless steel sheet which doesn't need powder coating or wood grain finish normally. But if the face sheet stays galvanized steel, usually it need to be with powder coating or heat transfer paper with wood texture treated on door surface to enhance its anti-corrosion performance and beauty as well.
 
As far as door measurement is concerned, it is grouped in single swing doors and pair doors. For single doors popular size is about 3 feet wide by 7 feet high(915mm*2134mm) and no larger than 4 feet wide by 8 feet high(1200*2403mm); meanwhile for pair doors popular size is 6 feet wide by 7 feet high(1828mm*2134mm) and no larger than 8 feet wide by 8 feet high(2403mm *2403mm).

• 35mm*2mm astragal made from 1.0mm gal. steel for double doors
• 20mm*2mm fireproof intumuscent seal pasted in groove on door edges
• Double U-type steel stiffener in size of 43mm*25mm made of 1.5mm gal. steel

Vision Panels
 
Both our single fire doors and double fire doors are tested against fire with glass inserts. So that we got the certificate for doors with vision panels.
And we can provide you with different types of glasses as following:

Attention: When the fire rating longer than 2 hours, we don’t suggest vision panels in doors.

Package & Delivery

Our fire door and frame are individually packed.

• One layer perlite cotton around door and frame.
• Foam plates around 4 edges and corners.
• Two foam sheets on perlite cotton between foam plates.
• Two layers strong carton on each side of door.

Besides, we can also make wooden or steel pallet for you. Extra fees will be calculated then.
