Powder coating is a type of coating applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between conventional liquid paint and powder coating is that powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in liquid suspension form.
The coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a protective skin. This makes it nontoxic and suitable for various applications.
Available in metallic effects (Gold, Silver), chrome effects (Red, Blue, Green, Purple), smooth finishes, and art textures including Smooth, Sandy, Hammer, Wrinkle, Chrome, and Metallic effects.

- Powder coatings are based on Resin, Pigments, Curing Agents, and Additives
- Resin (including Epoxy, polyester, hybrid) provides the basic performance to the coating
- Pigments provide color and effects, such as metallic or hammer finishes
- Curing Agents react with the resin to form a continuous protective film
- Additives promote variations in performance or surface effects
