Compact Effluent Treatment equipment /recycling machine HJ-AGA25 I Overview

The entire integrate system composes of two main parts, the grid rotaional flow reactor, fast inclined tube 

settler and gravity valveless filter.

1. A  Flocculation dosing device to make the flocculating agent go through and  mix into the raw water within 

the mixing pipe. Then the dosed water enter the reacting tank of the integrated high-effected filtering device .

 There through multistage rotational flow , organics ,suspended materials and colloid in the water  combine

 with flocculating agent resulting in larger flocs .

2. Those produced flocs together with water go into the sedimentation tank and settle down to the bottom 

with the action of gravity and inclined tube . 

3. Then water is decanted from the sedimentation tank to the filtering tank where smaller flocs are traped 

over the surface of the filtering layer of quartz sand while clean water go through the layer and go into the 

clean water tank being ready for use.

Our compact effluent treatment plant is designed to contain all equipment in a steel housing including pumps, sedimentation tank, filters, dosing station and electric cabinet. Except that it is least space-occupied , it brings you least installation and easy operation , maintenance and management.
