Q1: What is the price list?

A1: We quote according to details from a certain water treatment unit designed based on raw water condition , treatment requirements and capcity from our customers or details of certain designs from our customers of cooperating engineering companies.

Q2: What  certifications do we have & what guarantee do we have ?

A2: We are certificated by ISO, BV and TUV. Our equipment has one year of  gurantee.

Q3: How to pay?

A3: TT is most appreciated. Our practical is TT. 40% deposit before producing, 60% balance before loading by TT.

Q4: How to do onsite installation?/how to start up /operate / shut down /maintain?

A4: We offer manual /illustration/ drawing for installation and operation and maintenance. Special technician can be sent to do guide and train work if necessary to the customer, but a reasonable fee will be paid by customers.

Q5: What kind of service can you offer?

A5: We have a professional technical team ,design ,production , installation ,offer coor- dinated services .

A6: We are manufacturer and supplier of water treatment equipment and accessories for 16 years.

Q7: Where is your factory, can you arrange our trip to there?

A7: We can arrange car to pick you up to our factory,40 minutes distance from Guangzhou, 60 minutes distance from Foshan

Q8: What capacity of water treatment equipment you can manufacture?

A8: Generally from 250L/H to 200T/H

Q9: How long the consumables should be replaced?

A9: trictly speaking, it depends on source water quality. There is an approximate timetable for consumables replacement:
a. quartz sand, activated carbon:      2-3 years
b. water softening resin:                  1 year
c. PP filter element:                         2-3 months
d. membrane:                                 2-3 years
e. UV lamp:                                    8000 hours
