Repair and maintenance:

1. Open the end cover of the reducer, remove the thrust plate, and use two M10 lifting rings to install it on the lifting port of the internal planet carrier;

2. Take out the planet carrier and gear assembly, check whether the three gears are intact, and replace them with new ones if they are damaged;

3. Pull out the central shaft and check whether it is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it with a new one;

4. Take out the sun gear and check whether the gear is intact. If it is damaged, replace it with a new one;

5. Screw two M10 lifting rings into the lifting holes of the planet carrier, insert the lifting strap into the lifting rings, take out the planet carrier from inside the reducer, check whether the planet teeth are intact, and replace them with new ones if they are damaged;

6. Use special tools to remove the old skeleton oil seal in the motor, and use tools to remove the two limit circlips of the internal bearings of the reducer.
