Application
Chuangyin® Reducing Tap Plug is widely applicable for the transition of a 600 A deadbreak system to a 200 A deadbreak or loadbreak system. Assembled with Bushing Extender, provides two in-line elbow interfaces. It can be used for test purpose. The 200A interface allows for live test, visible ground, addition of a 200A tap, or installation of an elbow arrester.
The interface complys with IEEE standard 386, 8.3/14.4 kV, 600 A & 200 A deadbreak design.
