Product Description of 3A Molecular Sieve Desiccant
The 3A molecular sieve has a large specific surface area. Uniform particle size, smooth appearance, high mechanical strength, strong dilution, no swelling after water absorption, no cracking, maintain the original state, odorless, insoluble in water and ethanol.
The gases used for drying in industrial production are air, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, etc. Two adsorption dryers are connected in parallel, one works and the other can be regenerated. Alternate work and regeneration to ensure continuous operation of the equipment. The dryer works at 8-12°C and is regenerated by flushing under heating to 350°C. The regeneration temperature of molecular sieves of different specifications is slightly different. Molecular sieves have a good catalytic effect on some organic gas reactions.
3A molecular sieve is an alkali metal aluminosilicate, also known as 3A zeolite molecular sieve. Type 3A molecular sieve refers to the type A molecular sieve containing NA+ and is recorded as NA-A. If NA+ is replaced by K+, molecular sieve with a pore size of about 3A; 3A molecular sieve is mainly used for adsorbing water, and does not adsorb any molecule with a diameter larger than 3A. It is a necessary desiccant for deep drying, refining and polymerization of gas and liquid phases in the petroleum and chemical industries.
