Product Description of Molecular Sieve Adsorbent:
Insulating Glass(IG), Molecular sieve is used to adsorb continuously an amount of moisture and organics from the interspaces, maintains clean and transparent at a low air temperature. Minimizes pressure changes from seasonal and temperature differences which can eventually lead to distortion of IG or even broken. As a result, our product can fully extend the lifetime of the IG units by completely solving the distortion problems which ordinary IG desiccants find difficult to deal with. Due to the improvement of material science and its application, the products are divided into artificial zeolum adsorbent and natural thomsonite adsorbent.
Meanwhile, it can completely prevent atmospheric pressure differences on the glass, which was caused by the great change in temperature. because of the seasonal variation and day and night transformation, thereby, it resolves the problems of windows distortion by insulating glass inflation and shrinks, the service life of insulating glass windows will be extended.

1. The product cannot be exposed in the open air and should be stored in dry condition with an air-proof package.
2. The product should be regenerated after a certain period of adsorption. The appropriate regenerated temperature would be better below 350°C.
