Description of 3A Molecular Sieve Desiccant:
3A molecular sieve is mainly used to adsorb water, and does not adsorb any molecules with a diameter greater than 3Å. According to the characteristics of industrial applications, molecular sieve has fast adsorption speed, regeneration times, crushing strength and anti-pollution ability, which improves the utilization efficiency of molecular sieve and prolongs Molecular sieves have a long service life and are necessary adsorption materials for gas-liquid phase deep drying, refining and polymerization in the petroleum and chemical industries.
Regeneration conditions:
Can be heated and at the same time blowing or vacuuming method, regeneration, and reuse.
1. Removal of water: available dry gas, such as nitrogen, hydrogen, or ordinary air heating to 150-300 ℃ under pressure into the molecular sieve bed, and then to the adsorbent dry cold gas, isolated air cold to room temperature;
