Product Description of Molecular Sieve Desiccant
IG exhibits high water absorption capacity at low moisture content, which will ensure high glass durability. Molecular sieve IG Mol 3A is used to avoid the co-adsorption of air, which will translate into glass deflection and deflection of the glass panel. It is also free of dust and static.
They are mainly supported and divided by aluminium spacers bar, then sealed. We offer Molecular Sieve IG in 0.5mm to 2.0mm beads packed under the spacer by a specialized device.
It is a highly porous crystalline aluminosilicate in beaded form. The pore openings in the crystal are approx 3A in diameter and function to absorb gas or liquid molecules smaller than the effective diameter of their pores. The diameter in the molecule can be changed to adjust the pore size that allow preferential adsorption.

- It should be regenerated after a certain period of adsorption. The appropriate regenerated temperature would be better below 350°C.
