Product Description of 4A Molecular Sieve Desiccant
Anti redeposition
The 4A molecular sieve has good oil adhesion. When zeolite is added to additives such as sodium carbonate, carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium silicate, and sodium sulfate, the oil absorption performance of nylon cloth is significantly reduced. The zeolite aids in dispersion and prevents sticking to the fabric.
Compatibility With Other Additives
4A molecular sieve and other additives can make its performance complementary. Compared with STPP, 4A molecular sieve has better dispersibility of dirt and hardness ions, but when 4A molecular sieve is mixed with STPP, the detergency can achieve the effect of single STPP. This is because STPP can rapidly recombine calcium and magnesium ions from the solid surface and transfer to 4A molecular sieves through an aqueous medium. The ability of 4A molecular sieve to bind magnesium ions is poor, which can be made up for by the combination of silicate and carbonate in the molecular sieve.
