5/8" Square Head Machine Bolt | 12,400 lbs Tensile | IEEE C135.1 | Poleline Hardware
5/8" Square Head Machine Bolt (Cone Point) IEEE C135.1 & CSA C83 Poleline Fastener
YOKELINK Square Head Machine Bolt is designed for pole line fastener applications in overhead transmission and distribution systems. Manufactured from hot roll carbon steel and finished with hot dip galvanizing per ASTM A153 Class C, this provides excellent corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor service in utility environments.
Yokelink Square machine bolts is produced in accordance with IEEE C135.1 / IEEE C135.80 and CSA C83 requirements and features rolled threads, ensuring superior fatigue resistance and consistent mechanical performance during installation and service life. The square head design allows secure tightening using standard lineman tools and prevents rotation when installed through crossarms, pole brackets, insulator hardware, and other pole line components.
Yokelink square machine bolts are widely used as direct equivalents to Hubbell Power Systems (Chance), MacLean Power Systems (MPS), and Allied Bolt products, making them ideal for OEM replacement, utility stock programs, and project-based procurement. Other lengths and 1 inch diameter machine bolts are available.
304 & 316 Stainless Steel Square machining bolts are available per the request...

Square Head Machine Bolt Factory Production Process
At Yokelink, every machine bolt for poleline hardware begins with high-grade carbon steel, processed through our advanced hot forging lines. Our state-of-the-art facility controls every step of the production process—from raw material selection to final hot-dip galvanizing. This vertical integration allows us to guarantee consistent quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery for projects of any scale.
Quality assurance is built into this workflow, not added on. Our in-house laboratory rigorously tests every batch for tensile strength, thread fit, and HDG coating thickness to ensure strict compliance with IEEE C135.80 /CAS standards. Finally, we treat packaging as a critical manufacturing step: products are secured in heavy-duty, reinforced cartons and palletized with weather-proof wrapping. This ensures your hardware withstands the rigors of ocean freight and arrives at your warehouse rust-free, organized, and ready for the grid.
