days for sample after receive the payment and 15-20 working days for mass production.
3.Do you offer guarantee for the products?
-Yes, we offer 2 years warranty our products, several item can be 3 years with extra costs
4.How to deal with the faulty products?
-Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 1%.Secondly, during the guarantee period,we will send new replacement with new order for small
