Installation attention
conductor connection conductor connection requires low resistance and sufficient mechanical strength, and no sharp corners can be found at the junction. The middle and low voltage cable conductor connection is usually pressed.

• (1) choose suitable conductor and connecting tube with electrical conductivity and mechanical strength;
• (2) the gap between the inner diameter of the pressure pipe and the outer diameter of the connecting core is 0.8~1.4mm.
• (3) the resistance value of the joint after crimping shall not be 1.2 times higher than that of the equal section conductor, and the tensile strength of the copper conductor joint shall not be less than 60N/mm2;
• (4) before crimping, the outer surface of the conductor is coated with conductive adhesive on the inner surface of the connecting pipe, and the oxide film is destroyed by a wire brush.
• (5) sharp corners and burrs on connecting pipes and conductor conductors, smoothing with files or sandpaper.
