Description:

GBCX, GBHX, GBBX is a resilient NRS gate valve, DI body and bonnet, EPDM rubber wedge,bronze  nut, SS420 stem, cap or hand wheel operated with FBE coated inside and outside PN10/16.

Production Process:

1. Sandblasitng -Make the casting have a better adhesion while coating 

2. Coating - By electrical spray gun or fluidize bed - WRAS, NSF approved

3. Assembling - By qualified workers

4. Testing - 100% tested with shell and seat test

5. Packing - Plywood crates.

Features:

1. Fully complied with BS5163, EN1074-1 and EN1074-2.

2. No deformation when 5 times of over torque operation.
