Description:

 

Non Slam Check Valve is used as a protection device against reverse flow when power failed in areas where noise pollution or water hammering happened. It can provide not only quiet performance but also low head loss.

 

Features:

 

NSCV is used against water reverse flow and protects pump and other devices from water hammer harmness.

Advance diffuser design maintains the streamline flow and reduces the water head loss to save pumping power.

Sphere disc head design makes flow resistance coefficient lower than flat type does.

Powder fusion epoxy coating NSF certificated.

Bronze bushing can reduce the stem wearing during working and extended the service time.

Choosing the suitable NSCV into working,can return the investment around one year by pumping energy saving

Closing speed is very quick(max 0.2sec) and the stroke is only about 20% of valve bore diameter. That can ensure non slamming and minimize the water hammer by hydrodynamic design with spring.
