Production Process:
1. Sandblasitng - To clean to castign to have a better adhesion while coating
2. Coating - By electrical spray gun or fluidize bed - WRAS, NSF approved
3. Assembling - By qualified workers
4. Testing - 100% tested with sell and seat test
5. Packing - Plywood crates.
Features:
1. Fully complied with BS5163, EN1074-1 and EN1074-2.
2. No deformation when 5 times of over torque operation.
3. Overcome vaccum when water stops. No sucking dirt or sand from outside of the valve.
4. Low Torque with advanced design.
5. Online repair by 5 pcs of o-rings for stem seal.
6. AWWA flange is avaliable.
