AFC's OS and Y gate valve are can be used in Fire Fighting System. Fusion bonded epoxy coated to prevent corrosion. The minimum coating thickness is 250um. Customized coating thickness is allowalble. Easy operating with low torque. Advanced design with less weight. All designed are by solid works and it gives engineer to have an accurate calculation to design which gives our valve have less weight and better performance.

Water supply, sewage, fire fighting, irrigation, water circulation, heat, cooling system.

Feature:

1. Body, Yoke and Bonnet are made of GSJ500-7.

2. Wedge is fully vulcanized by EPDM.

3. Rolled Stem thread

4. HW can be Carbon Steel or Ductile Iron.

6. Nylon Guiding can help to reduce the torque.

Quality System:

1. IQC - Incoming QC - We checked all incoming parts to ensure they are qualified.

2. IPQC - Input Process QC - During the production process, we checked the quality.

3. FQC - Final QC - All finished goods are 100% tested by factory.

4. OQC - Outgoing QC - Clean, packing and ensure the QTY is correct.
