Description:

Gate valve is a resilient  seated NRS gate valve, DI body and bonnet, EPDM rubber wedge,bronze nut, SS420 stem, cap or hand wheel opeerated,PN10,PN16,PN25.

Feature: 

1. Stem sealing
    Stem sealing replaceable under pressure with three independent stem seals:
    NBR wiper ring protects against dirt from outside.
   4 pcs of O-ring protects the stem and prevents leakage.

   Replacing stem seals under pressure is available.

2. Vulcanized wedge
    The ductile iron core is fully vulcanized with drinking water approved EPDM rubber internally and externally. No iron parts are exposed to the medium and the excellent rubber vulcanization prevents corrosion underneath the rubber. Nylon Guides in the wedge and on the valve body ensure a uniform closure regardless of high pressure.
