Rising Stem Soft Seated Ductile Iron Gate Valve, EPOXY Coated, WRAS Approved Materials
AFC's OS and Y resilient seated gate valve has the clear waterway, unobstructed and full flow area. It is coated by fusion bonded epoxy both on the interior and the exterior surfaces of the valve, flange surfaces are also fully epoxy coated. The minimum coating thickness is 250um. Customized coating thickness is also allowable.
The valves seal 100% leak tight. Every pcs are tested before shipping. All valves are tested by shell test and seat test based on EN1074-2.
