Description:

A500 opens instantly when the pressure in the pipeline exceeds the safe level, thus relieving excessive pressure from the network. When the pressure returns to normal, the valve closes slowly, at an adjustable pace.

The valve can also maintains upstream pressure, regardless of flow rate variations. The valve will be in the “closed” position if the upstream pressure drops below the set-point and will fully open when the upstream pressure exceeds the set-point.
