Non Slam Check Valve Hydrodynamic Design Founded With Quick Close Function

 

 

 

Description:

 

    NSCV- Non Slam Check Valve has very short face to face distance. Closing is so quick up to max 0.2sec and the stroke is only about 20% of valve bore diameter. It has hydrodynamic design with spring that can ensure non slamming and to minimize the water hammer. The advance diffuser design maintains the streamline flow and reduces the water head loss to save pumping power. Overall it has a very low headloss and strong capability to minimize water hammer.

Much shorter stroke- faster closing.

Around 0.2D of stroke. Swing-check around 0.8-1.0D

Spring accelerating closing speed.

NSCV- keep system silent, quiet operation. no water hammer and slamming.
