Automatic Rubber Flapper Swing Flex Check Valve Ductile Iron

Description:

Rubber flapper swing check valve is designed to prevent reverse flow. During system flow conditions, the movement of the fluid forces the disc to the open position allowing 100% un-restricted flow area through the valve. Under reverse flow conditions, the disc automatically returns to the closed position to stop reverse flow.

Features:

·40 degree angle tilted seat design helps close very soon for shorter stroke and minimize the water hammer and slamming for lower stroke and flap above water flow.

·The rubber disc is totally encapsulated in EPDM rubber for superior sealing and corrosion resistance.

·Simple design, top entry cover allows for access for cleaning, replacement and maintenance easily.

·Nylon fabric is inserted into the disc for stengthening the disc from cracking and breaking during operations.

·The life cycle of RDCV is over 50000 times

·The unrestricted full flow area combined with smooth streamline contouring allows for passage of large
