Wireless Control Camera Mainline Drain Sewer Pipe Inspection Crawler is a newly designed crawler system, specially for US, UK and European market. It can inspect pipe diameter from 125-2000mm, use only one crawler to inspect the most of te pipes, reduce the cost. It is compoposed of a crawler, pan&tilt camera, automatic cable drum and control units. The crawler can match different types of cameras(I.e. pan & tilt camera, axial camera, fish-eye camera) according to diffrerent requirements.

The system is a product designed on the basis of industrial Windows system. During the testing, defect pictures are acquired; afterward, a testing report can be obtained immediately. In addition, a pipeline gradient curve can be obtained in time during the testing to determine the sediment condition inside pipeline. Fish-eye lens is used, integrating "PipePano pipeline panorama testing video analysis software" , so as to generate the panorama image of inner wall of the pipeline, analyze and determine more finely and quantitatively (measurement on pipe diameter, crack width and so on).
