Performance of the main mechanisms:

3.The side baffles adopt electrical control with data display.(here can add automatic pneumatic aligning device),the back baffle box adopt electrical adjustment ,the front baffles space is manual adjustment.
4.With colorful touch screen, can be 360 degree adjust the phase of the die roller, and display the produce speed, setup the production quantity, when complete the production quantity, automatic warning.
5.The rubber roller adopts mechanical control the position move left or right. the movement distance is 40mm.
6.The space adjustment between rubber roller and die-cutting roller adopt self-locking structure, with cylinder which can big scope quickly adjust to decrease the rubber wear, increase the rubber life.
7.The unique speed compensation device can make the rubber roller rolling running with the die roller, make the surface speed of the rubber cushion is completely controlled by the die roller, the shape of the carton sheet will absolutely equal to the die pattern.
8.There is a rubber repair device with the machine, the rubber can be used after be repaired.
9.All the drive rollers adopted high quality steel materials, surface treated by lapping finish, hard chromium plating.
10.The drive gears adopt high quality alloy steel, after high frequency heating treatment and lapping finish. With automatic circulate lubrication, lubricate oil automatic balance device, keeping the equal oil level in each unit.
11. Main motor adopt frequency converter adjust the speed.
