The processes of designing/developing
Situation1: If having the finished 3D design, the Process will be:
1.Customers send us 3D file and provide material/color/size/logo/surface/quantity etc.
2. Our engineer team will assure the design is suitable for manufacturing or not. If yes, we will make a production scheme and quotation. If not, our engineer team will provide a production analysis report and provide suggestions to modify the design.
3. After ensuring the design is Okay, we will use 3D print to have the 3D sample for customers to check the structure and size.
4. If the customers are satisfied with the sample, we will make mold and samples for confirming by customers. If not, our engineer team will modify the design until customers are satisfied.
5. After confirming samples by customers, we will arrange mass production.

1: can I buy products shown on your website directly?
A: Sorry, those products belonged to the owner who developed them, can’t for sale, just for reference only,
we only provide customized ODM/OEM service and develop mold and products for your new design.
2: Could you send me some samples shown on your website?
A: Sorry, we can’t send out without customer’s agreement.but can send photos for reference or visit us.
3: What is your MOQ for developing a new model car?
A: 300pcs for Resin model car, 800pcs for Die-cast model car.
4: What are the normal process and how much time will take to develop a new model car?
A: first is 3d data design, usually, it takes 7-15days, then is CNC prototype making,
usually, it takes 10-15days, then develop molds usually it takes 35-45days,
Mass production depends on quantity, usually need 30-60days.
