Q: Can you design and produce according to the customers’ requirements?
A: Yes, of course. We can design and produce as per your drawing(CAD or PDF) and samples.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Changed from 100pcs to 10000pcs, as per different products. You can contact our salespeople for more detailed information.
Q: What is your packing?
A: Normal packing is firstly in a PP bag, then in a carton box. If you ask for a pallet or the other special packing, the charge will be negotiated separately.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: 7 days for the samples and 15-45 days for the commercial orders. It depends on different products.
Q: What is your payment?
A: Samples can be accepted by TT, MoneyGram or Western Union in advance. The MP orders can be accepted by TT or LC.
Q: How to ship the products to us?
A: For sample orders, we usually delivery by carrier like DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc; for MP order, we usually ship by air or sea.
Q: Can we have our logo to be printed on the units or packaging?
A: Samples, only in neutral packing and no any Logo printing. For MP order, we can print on product & packaging with your authorized logo.
