Quality Control
1.Quality control for the Decorative film:
We use the best quality PET or PC film, use the best quality ink, and strictly control the cleanliness of the silk screen printing workshop. Each Decorative film will be carefully inspected after baking. Then perform a careful inspection after cutting and hot pressing.
2.Quality control for the mold making:
Mold manufacturing from design to steel selection, from wire cutting to CNC machining to EDM to mold polishing, to final mold assembly and trying the mold, each step is strictly controlled tolerance less than 0.002mm, ensure the size of each injection molding is qualified.
3.Quality control for the injection molding:
Strictly control the cleanliness of the dust-free injection molding workshop. Each piece of Decorative film is accurately placed in the mold cavity, then mold is molded and then injected and ejected. Each product has been carefully inspected for surface and internal conditions to ensure 100% OK before packaging and shipping.
