Adhesive Corner Pasting Tape / Single Side Pasting Hot Tape

Product Introduction

This tape is uniformly sprayed on the PET substrate in a dustless environment with high temperature hot melt adhesive. The thickness of the PET substrate is 50um and the thickness of the hot melt adhesive is 20um. The total thickness of the tape is 70um. The width of the tape is usually 19MM, but it can also cut other width tapes according to customer's requirements. The total length is about 300m. Mainly used in all kinds of carton filler machine or automatic four-corner filler machine to stick the four corners of the box. After filler filler, the carton is stable, reliable and safe. Mainly used for high quality gift boxes.

Usage method

Control the temperature between 180 centidegree to 195 centidegree. Used on automatic/semi Auto case making machine, box corner pasting machine,box four sides forming machine, automatic box wrapper, automatic rigid box making machine and so on.
