PET Tape PVC Tape Plastic Tape Box Corner Pasting Tape TS1-19 is made of imported PET (polyester) and other substrates coated with polyolefin hot melt adhesive. It is mainly suitable for single angle and full automatic high-speed four-angle sticking equipment to make carton four-corner sticking and shaping. It has the characteristics of strong stickiness, easy cutting, simple operation, beautiful appearance, regular, not easy to be shelled or deformed due to dampness and heat.

This PET Tape PVC Tape Plastic Tape Box Corner Pasting Tape TS1-19 is uniformly applied to a 50 micron PET substrate in a dust-free environment by means of a high temperature hot melt adhesive technology with a 20 micron hot melt layer, resulting in an overall tape thickness of 70 microns. The standard tape width is 19 mm, but we also offer a customised service whereby we can cut the tape in different widths according to customer requirements. The total length of each roll of tape is approximately 300 metres, making it ideal for mass production.

This tape is widely used in all types of carton fillers or automatic corner fillers and is ideal for attaching corners to cartons and improving carton stability. After using TS1-29 tape, the carton is more stable and reliable, which ensures the safety during transport. Especially suitable for high-grade gift boxes and other applications with strict requirements for product packaging, adding a professional and honourable for your products.

Usage method

Control the temperature between 180 centidegree to 195 centidegree. Used on automatic/semi Auto case making machine, box corner pasting machine,box four sides forming machine, automatic box wrapper, automatic rigid box making machine and so on.
